In association with our friends at the Helix Consultancy, PADA took part in a team motivational day set in the beautiful surroundings of Imperial College, South Kensington.

PADA's team was limbering up for a full on year in 2009 which sees them deliver some major projects. So to get everyone in the mood we had teams scouring for clues in the winter sunshine in an area steeped in history and achievements.

After a quick coffee and breakfast croissant, the teams were briefed on their 2 hour challenge. This would see them discovering the history of the Royal Albert Hall and Albert Memorial before darting indoors for further clue action.

The Science Museum is full of amazing history and exhibits....although when you are looking for clues on all four floors you must keep your wits about you as the clock ticks away.

No sooner than the teams had digested the scientific wonders it was time to enrich your cultural side by a further series of clues, this time in the Victoria and Albert Museum. Here teams turned on the style as they explored one of the temporary exhibtions devoted to contemporary designer fashion.

Dashing back to the venue at Imperial the Showdown lay in wait as teams battled it out to become our Showdown Champions. A well deserved lunch followed where we handed over to Steve Read from The Helix Consultancy to bring together the objectives and goals for the group moving forward whilst our event team had a sit down and a cup of tea!

All in all a very enjoyable day.
